Sinéad Grehan (née Gorman) is a highly experienced HR professional with over 20 years’ generalist HR experience across a range of private sector businesses, 14 of which have been at senior management level. In 2018, Sinead established her independent HR Consultancy business, Iridium HR, encompassing the core values of Expertise, Partnership and Results for her clients.
The vision for the business is to deliver results to businesses requiring HR expertise and support on a project/ retainer/ outsourced basis. Current clients include both SMEs requiring start-up HR support but also larger organisations seeking additional/ outsourced HR support.

Third Party Representation
Full preparation, response and attendance at 3rd party hearings including the Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court in ROI and the Industrial Tribunal in NI.
Independent / External investigator to manage Disciplinary, Grievance, Bullying / Harassment type investigations in accordance with the Law and Best Practice.
Union Recognition, Negotiation and Bargaining with Shop Stewards and Union Officials.
