About Me

Sinéad Grehan (née Gorman) is a highly experienced HR professional with over 20 years’ generalist HR experience across a range of private sector businesses, 14 of which have been at senior management level. In 2018, Sinead established her independent HR Consultancy business, Iridium HR, encompassing the core values of Expertise, Partnership and Results for her clients.

The vision for the business is to deliver results to businesses requiring HR expertise and support on a project / retainer / outsourced basis. Current clients include both SMEs requiring start-up HR support but also larger organisations seeking additional/ outsourced HR support.

Throughout her career to date, Sinéad has been at the coalface of a multitude of strategic and operational HR issues, to which she attributes her ability to think both practically and commercially. She has a passion for delivering on time solutions for her clients and, ultimately, for making a difference.

Sinéad holds a Business Degree from DCU, membership of the CIPD and recently achieved her Masters in Employment Law in Practice (in addition to holding a Cert in Employment Law (IBEC) and Diploma in Employment Law (Law Society of Ireland)).

Sinéad aims to take the stress away from her clients and work with them collaboratively, supporting them and helping them to navigate through any challenging or difficult HR and people-related issues they are facing, and her dedication, strategic approach and commercial mindset ensures that the client and their business remains compliant, manages risk and achieves the right results.
